Although the room was small, it was perfect for me as a solo traveler, since it had everything you would need for a short stay. The owner is very friendly, helpful and speaks great English! The Residence is close to Nambu Bus Terminal, from which you can easily reach other cities like Gyeongju, Busan. And the tickets for buses aren't too expensive! There is also a bus stop right next to the Residence, that can take you straight to your destination or at least to a connecting bus. Overall, this place is great for solo travellers on a budget, would stay here again if I ever returned to Seoul!

Bestel Residence is far from all tourist attractions. You may spend 2 hours or more just travelling from the Residence to your destination and back, which is fine if you're staying here longer. But if you have a short stay, I'd advise a different place to stay, so more time could be spent exploring and not just sitting on public transport. Another thing is noise. The rooms are not soundproof at all, you would easily be able to participate in other people's conversations. Definitely get good earplugs for your stay here!

The girl who is a manager is super helpful, considerate, kind, and approachable. Lovely presence. The room itself is tiny. With little shower room. If you don't have your own sleeping bag, etc, there's a non refundable rental fee of 30k for the duvet and the pillow. AC works well, although it is operated centrally by the manager. Not individually by guests in their rooms. There's a TV in the room. The kitchen is fully equipped. There are portions of rice and kimchi, coffee sachets, noodles, and drinkable water hot and cold for guests to use. Washing machine and dryer available for free as well. The location is great. Easy to get to the Incheon airport (6020). Subway station, bus stops, parks, eateries, 7/11, GS25, shops, cafes, churches, within the walkable distance. I had a lovely stay at Bestel. I would have only one kind suggestion, to monitor what is worn out ( shower doors, shower caps, chairs, etc) and maintain it.
