The wife of Muru is such a lovely and welcoming person! The room was good, the bed comfy, the fan working and with a private bathroom and a shared balcony to enjoy the peacocks and monkeys strolling around the whole day! A get away from the business of hirikitiya beach, but yet still a walking distance from blue-beach for snorkeling and hirikitya beach for surfing Breakfast was delicious and the laundry was very clean and well-folded. If you have your own scooter or tuktuk, private parking is very large and convenient

The neighbours' rooster haha, but nothing that earplugs cannot overcome

We loved everything! Such a lovely family and the nicest place to have the best time while in Hiriketiya. The location is the best, situated between two pretty beaches in walking distance, we felt so welcomed in this special and untouched neighborhood - stay here if you want to get in touch with the sweet locals and experience a stay full of bliss! we loved hanging out on the balcony and waiting for the next bakery tuk tuk to arrive :) Thank you for the great food and laundry, your homestay is just wonderful, wish you all the best! 100% recommend!

The owners of this place is the kindest and most generous people I’ve met. Excellent service at all times. All the beautiful beaches are within walking distance. We paid extra for breakfast- totally worth the money.

"Best stay so far in Sri lanka!"

Super friendly family who is always there to help you to give your best time of staying. There is a lot of space in the rooms and the beds are comfortable. Everything is clean. The hostel is located between two beaches what is on a good walk distance. AND THE BREAKFAST IS AMAZING!
