Location

Functional but this hostel could be so much more. There is a list of minor repairs to see to. However, the key gap is the absence of invested and visible staff presence to bring some much needed warmth and homeliness.

I loved the cosy feel of the place. Everything was super clean and although the hosts did not speak English, they were super helpful and demonstrated anything that I didn't understand. The location is perfect, so close to the bus stop and castle!

The stairs wer a bit difficult to manage, but nothing major. Overall a great place!

No staff available at check in (4pm) and after ringing, someone came out but had no English, could not explain where any facilities were. No fan or AC in the room. Only 1 toilet and 1 shower for the whole floor. WiFi connection was very bad and is usually not available. No towels were provided for us (most hostels do with a private room). The main lights in the bathroom were gone, and there was no toilet roll for over a day. On check out, staff were really sassy and dismissive when these issues were brought up. Only communication at all from staff was when they realised they didn't ask for city tax on check in.

The hostel itself is a lovely old building, (something I love) and it is also connected to a restaurant too. It's also part of the old town - though on the edge so not too far to walk to see all the town. Not too far from the train station (20 minute walk). Has a pretty decent kitchen and there are lockers in the rooms.

Not necessarily bad, but I was the only hostel guest untill my final night. There where a couple other people that I saw on occasion but they had private rooms.

Great location alongside the historic Budweiser Gate. Pleasant terrace. Friendly Staff. Qwirky split level dorm full of exposed beams. Single beds - not bunks. Great bar/restaurant.

Ideal location. Nice experience to live in a historical building. Definitely recommend. Everywhere in the city is paid parking, so if you want to have a car close - book parking from the hotel.

Open kitchen,the stuff provided oil and taught us how to use the oven.They are helpful. For instance told us where to bought food ingredients at a normal price.

One stuff is unable to speak English,need to use translator to communicate with her. And we book a 2 people room consist of two single bad,but they arranged a double bed for us.It was rude and unreasonable ,overall is fine.
