The self-serve breakfast and dining facilities were top notch and the staff were very pleasant. The location is ideal as it's a short walk to local attractions and amenities and a stones throw from the beach. The beds were super comfortable.

Despite the hotel being advertised as dog-friendly, there were certain areas the dog wasn't allowed to go. The doors were on springs, but there was no soft release, so they all snapped back pretty quickly and at one point caught my dog's tail. There was no bulb in the lamp in out room. The net curtains were ripped and the shared bathroom was mouldy.

The hotel was very clean. The staff were very pleasant indeed. The breakfast was excellent.

Main hotel looked lovely, facilities looked good. Staff very nice.

Only room i could get was in the budget hotel, i wouldnt say it was a budget price but i would have still been happy with the price if only the mattress was thrown away 20 years ago and replaced. Maybe 1 working spring in it, didnt sleep all night

The closeness to the sea front and breakfast was good

The handle on the bedroom door was very loose, then the no handles on the wardrobe or chest of drawers, cobwebs, curtains half hanging off and the bed looked like it had already been slept in and the duvet just pulled back over. Went to the shared bathroom and nearly fell off the toilet due to the toilet seat not being attached and the shower cubicle was filthy, then in the other shared bathroom the shower curtain was mouldy and that toilet seat wasn't the greatest either but better than the other and the sink had people's toothbrushes on sink like they lived there.

Room was fine for the money with an ensuite, comfortable bed. Breakfast was help yourself and the variety was excellent whether hot or cold.

We had gone into town for the evening and decided to go back to the hotel for a drink before going to bed, this was between 10.00 and 10.30 everything was shut ip
