A lot of love and thought put into the decor and fixtures, which were quirky, fun and thoughtful. LOVED the fish tank old TV. One of the female members of staff was really lovely and helpful, I cannot recall her name. 10 out of 10 for customer service from her.

Mattresses were very hard. Ended up buying extras to make sleeping work. One member of staff was very rude and there was lot of defensiveness over mattresses, which was entirely unnecessary.

Clean rooms and friendly staff. Loved the kitchen!

Really liked this. The woman working while I was there really nice and had great tips for the local area. Room was clean. Shared bathroom not a problem at all, location good!

受付の方がとても親切で快適に過ごしました😊ジョン　ミューア博物館の見学も位置を地図で示してくれて行きやすく、シッカーポイントへのタクシーの手配等とても親切でした。値段もリーズナブルで又、来たいと思えたホテルでした。

特にありませんが、坂の多い土地を利用して建てたホテルなので食堂に入るために「中二階」的な階段を上がる必要がありました。

It was all wonderful

Staying here wont suit everyone. Its a no thrills basic exprience but its not a cut price experince. Everything is very clean, well organised, well thought out. I love the retro furnishing in the public area. Theres secure bike storage and e bike batteries can be charged. Dunbar itself is charming.

The iron bedframes creak but thats part of the character.

Het had een heel huiselijke sfeer. Mijn (privé) kamer met eigen badkamer waren heel groot. Fijne bedden. Super aardig personeel. Goede faciliteiten en op een supergoede locatie

Ik miste een stopcontact bij de spiegel in de slaapkamer om mijn haar te kunnen doen en de badkamer zat op de gang. Maar die twee stappen naar de overkant waren voor mij niet hinderlijk.
