The Dolphin Inn Hostel

A superb place for a solo traveller, reasonably priced and has all the facilities you might need. Communal areas have lots of character, double room was spacious. Very friendly staff.

Sehr sehr nette Gastgeberin mit ganz lieben Hund. Schönes Hostel, nostalgisch dekoriert. Gute Küche. Toll gelegen und Dunbar selbst ist ein malerischer kleiner Ort.

The Dolphin has an excellent location and super easy to get to from the mainline train station. Walks from the hostel are lovely, both in the town and the wider landscape. Lots to see and do in the area, including hopping on the train to Edinburgh!

I stayed one night at the Dolphin Inn in Dunbar while on a cycling tour. It is very comfortable and has a lounge, dining area and kitchen with a simple breakfast included. The staff are very friendly and helpful and I was able to leave my bike in a storage unit.
