The Dolphin Inn Hostel

The location from station is amazing. The staff were super friendly and unlimited tea coffee and cold breakfast.

The bed was hard. I do understand this is an opinion but I felt the mattress was hard

Landlady very pleasant, helpful, room was spacious bed was comfy, decor nice, toilets were spotless, hot water shower ,

The only thing that was out of place was the toilet was out of your room and across the landing,

Friendly staff and great location. Room was light, clean and most importantly warm.

Minor, bed was slightly uncomfortable.

A real gem of a Hostel. Excellent sized rooms and very clean shared bathrooms. Very close to the train station, for trains to Edinburgh, although watch out as they stop very early on a Sunday and the bus is a much longer journey back. Very friendly staff in a very friendly little village. Lots of bits for guests for breakfast too as well as good cooking facilities.

Great value. Very clean , comfy bed and lovely staff.

The bedroom was spacious, the bathroom was also big and both were really clean.

I had the room facing the road, there is only shutters, so when getting dressed I had to close the shutters which are blackout (great for sleeping), so had to have the light on
