The GREEN Hostel

Good location. Has great potential of being a top hostel!

No toilet paper in any off the toilets on my floor.on both my stays. No mirrors in washroom. No mozzy screen/nets in dorm. On one ceiling fan worked in the 10 man dorm. The dorm was very hot, need stand up fans. Internet only works around office area, no internet on my floor. Security is a major concern. Main entrance has an electronic latch but this does not work. When going out you have to slam the door shut, this takes the force of a "Saturn V" rocket leaving the Earths atmosphere! Guests assume that slamming the door shut when leaving and entering means that the door locks but it does not, due to the faulty latch! Everytime I left the building or came back the door was open. Outsiders can and do enter the premises. This is not good! The hostel is expensive for what's on offer. I cannot recommend this hostel.

Great vibe, super common areas, lots of space, outdoor terrace, central location.

Just one toilet as I could see and two showers. Never a problem as we weren't too many guests, but I could see an issue had we been more.

For pilgrim / long haul backpacker used to 3 to 5 euro/ night in South America, it's dear here. difficult check in procedure with limited time. At times difficult to contact receptionist. Air b n b can be cheaper than hostel in town especially if shared among 2.

Nothing.They cancelled the booking in purpose and did Not give my money Back.

Dishonest people.

I just want to let you guys that I was defrauded because no room was offered on my getting there at the hotel I was told that it was cancelled which was strange because you guy sent me a confirmation email I was thrown out of the hotel without any support of any other hotel left on my own in danger on the street of Guadeloupe all I need now is a full refund of every penny taken out of my account please 🙏

Not being able to get the chance of spending a night at the hotel

This place looks CLOSED!! I was strandard. Luckily a good Samaritan came to my help on a Sunday afternoon, and found me a place to sleep. The Hostle had sent me a message saying the booking is cancelled and never refunded me. STAY AWAY !!
