The GREEN Hostel

The artwork everywhere, and the location.

Rude staff who couldn't speak a word of English, really unclean, no soap in bathrooms to wash hands (they hadn't ran out they just don't provide it). I felt unsafe, a random man walked into our room in the middle of the night, he tried to sleep in the bed below me. Security got involved at some point, I was half asleep and not entirely sure what happened but I don't think he was a guest. So happy I wasn't staying there alone. No lockers for valuables, everyones seemed to leave their bags behind reception.

Worst experience ever in a hostel. The room wasn't ready for us, it was dirty, with the old dirty linen on the bed, empty bottles from previous guests, trash in the bathroom. No serious solution at all was proposed to fix that mess. The lady at the reception was at her 1st day of job, she called her responsible but at the end of the day, nobody did anything. We stayed in the dirty room after waiting aImost 2 hours for them to find a solution. It is also quite expensive compared to other hostels. I wouldn't recommend this hostel to anyone.

No breakfast/dinner available but a bakery and a grocery were available and were located a few meters from the hostel. Cooking facilities on the spot. Walking distance to the MemorialAct!

It is very close to Place de la Victoire. The staff is very helpful.

The internet was not available in the rooms. You could only get wifi on the terrace level. The electric outlets in the room were very few and were only convenient for people located on the upper bunk bed. There's no elevator so be ready to carry your luggage up the stairs when you arrive.
