Location is close to Laxman Jhula. Rest is terrible

When we woke up in the morning, there was a rat in our room that even ate our backpack and the food inside it. The room is much smaller than what is shown in the photos. Extremely dirty, not maintained, zero hygiene. The staff is laid back. When we asked for the manager at 10am, to convey that a rat had destroyed our bag, he took 3 hours to arrive at the hostel. He didn't even answer the phone call despite calling atleast 20 times. The woman at the reception is also extremely laid back. When I arrived for checkin, she wasn't even at the counter. One of the cleaners entered my entered my details and then called the receptionist. I could hear her say "array yaar, ab kaum aa gaya" . The AC in the room barely works and is age old. Overall terrible experience and absolutely not worth the price. Book this place if you want to ruin your holiday.

I had my room on 3 rd floor, lift was not in use , water supply issues and a lot of insects were there in room and on bed which was worst part

We chose it for the location and room with three beds. Thankfully the washroom was decent sized. The money didn't seem worth it, but paid for the room privacy. Only thing justifying the cost was location, but got to know there are other properties with better pricing.

No elevators, the reception staff was clueless about a lot of things, the room was too small, common areas were suffocating (AC and fan are not optimally placed), no source for food which is basic for hotels to make your own bread butter toast, or tea coffee or quick noodles.
