I liked the location, I stayed in tower B, Room was good. Washroom was clean.

Lift was not working because of that I missed terrace many times. Water cooler was there but glasses was not available, after asking also i didn’t get the glass. New members was good but old staff didn’t help. They didn’t pay attention on my complaint

I had worst impression immediately during check in. The lady in reception is unable to Manage the guests. Room cleaning was in progress even after the check-in time

No water supply during the stay. No lift facility. Front desk staff is too rude and unable to resolve the issue. No customer care number - your calls are ignored. No parking facility. No cafe. Government hostels are better than this. No worth the price. Do not visit again
