During midnight at 12:30 AM, the AC in all rooms stopped working, and the issue was not resolved until checkout time. The staff response regarding issue resolution was very poor. We had to sleep in a hot room without AC for the entire night.

I liked that the bed was good but the room was stinky. Also the property is located in an inconvenient location with no lake view as it promises.

I complained about the room being stinky to which the staff did not pay heed to. He said he would help with it but he never came to help. Another problem is that even though you pay for an Air Conditioner room, the AC barely works. The AC here was in such a condition that we had to keep our fans on all time to save from the heat. AC is useless and the owner has just kept an old machine just to count in the name of the facility.

Host and staff weren't much friendly and professional, they were on their own, Okayish. Fan wasn't working. I was told that AC cannot be operated from 9 AM - 9 PM at such a low price, whereas other hostels do allow AC 24/7 at the same price.
