Nous avons passé un super séjour à l’hôtel, avec un rapport qualité-prix excellent et une ambiance plus que familiale, comme à la maison. Tout le monde a été adorable et aux petits soins avec nous ! Mention spéciale à notre ami Ashraf : merci pour tout et pour le temps que tu nous as consacré. Tes conseils étaient précieux et tout était impeccable. Nous repartons avec un petit pincement au cœur, nostalgiques de partir, mais heureux d’avoir fait une si belle rencontre. We had a wonderful stay at the hotel, with excellent value for money and a truly family-like atmosphere, just like being at home. Everyone was so kind and attentive to us! A special mention to our friend Ashraf: thank you for everything and for the time you dedicated to us. Your advice was invaluable and everything was perfect. We leave with a touch of nostalgia, sad to go, but grateful for such a beautiful encounter.

Muhammad and the staff was excellent

Nothing really. They even let me stay after I have checked out and we drank coffee later... This was exceptional and I have never seen this before in my travels. Really good people salaam

ホテルスタッフがフレンドリー。 ホテルで頼んだ400ポンドのグループツアーでトラブルがあったが返金対応してくれた。具体的にはホテルに迎えが来て徒歩でボート乗り場まで移動。その後迎えの方はボートには乗らずに私が1人でボートに乗り込む。ボートを降りた際にボートの運転手に100ポンド請求される。ツアー料金に入ってるものと思っていたし明らかに高すぎると思ったが確認するすべがないので渋々支払う。その後ガイドと合流しツアー開始。ツアーが終わった後にこのことをスタッフに話したところ返金してくれるとのことで翌日返金してくれました。こういうケースで返金されることはめったにないので非常に誠実だと思いました。 ただし、今後改善してほしい点としては迎えの方は一緒にボートに乗り込むか事前にボートの代金は含まれていることを説明すべきだと思いました。 ボートの運転手は悪いやつなのでもう彼を使わないほうがいいと思います。 年代物ではあるがエアコン付きの個室なのに安い。

部屋の床がなぜか濡れていたので確認したところ室外機の排水が室内に流れ込んできていた。 3階の共用トイレのドアが閉まりきらず鍵がかけられない。
