"A lovely stay overall and e shall be back, but please sort the bird problem"

All the meals and activities were excellent

There is a hygiene issue in the restaurant with birds, especially at breakfast. The sparrows come and eat off the food laid out for breakfast buffet when it is not covered properly. They also roost in the roof rafters and defecate from there. Some action is required. We both left with a stomach upset!?

The Otter suites were very cool and unique. Comfortable and spacious. The food was first class and the service exceptional. The excursions were fairly priced and the hosts knowledgable and very friendly. This was one of the highlights of our trip along the Garden Route.

Very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was really good our compliments to the chefs and organisation of 3 course dinners which were amazing. Staff were charming and nothing was too much effort we never felt hurried. De Hoop a wonderful reflection of South African hospitality.
