It's a gem of place. Host(Anshul) and chef Happy make this place worth staying on, so much so that i had a hard time leaving this place😭. I have told them I am coming back again. Food is really tasty and homely, and the dormitory is so clean. Highly recommended for peace-lovers and those who want value for money hostel.

Mountain view from the room is breathtaking. Less people around, best place to enjoy nature and silence

A gem of a place with really clean dormitory, washroom nd delicious homely food. This location is perfect if u want homely vibes nd peaceful stay. More than anything the host nd the staff are really warm, friendly nd helpful. I'm surely coming back to this place for a slightly longer stay soon ✨

There is a bit of construction going on in this village. But I think that's happening almost everywhere in Manali. Still is place is way more peaceful than what I have experienced at other properties

If you are an explorer, there are many hiking trails nearby. If you are a slow traveller (like me), its a peaceful place for your 'Get up, eat, sleep, repeat' cycle. Perfect for lazy long stays. Special mention- Gobhi parathe by Lucky ☺️ Warning: The fresh homely food can make you overeat everyday!

I stayed here in November and i thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hostel. It's an offbeat location and is quite peaceful. The view from the dormitory window is really stunning. The food cooked by the property staff and hygiene is top notch. Highly recommend to all backpackers

It's not that i didn't like it, but just that if you are someone who likes cafe hopping and all, you have to go to Old Manali for it. There are cafes and restaurants nearby the property as well but not many.

As a solo female traveller, I wasn't very confident initially but then my stay at hideout hiraeth changed my perception. What a wnderful and memorable time I had at this hostel. Great location and quite safe and easy even for a noob solo female traveller like me :P . Highly recommended to travellers who want peace, offbeat experience and tasty food. The staff and the host are very friendly and cooperative people. Really want to come back to this place again.

Amazing property with amazing views and delicious food. We stayed for a week and had a great time with "The Hideout". The hosts were very friendly and the location of the place was also great since it was just outside the hustle of the Manali town but still very nearby to Manali

I visited this hostel with my friends. Peaceful place, wonderful location, tasty and hygienic food, and friendly staff. Internet works fine. I got wifi speed of nearly 30-40 mbps. Highly recommend for backpackers and solo travellers Also the host Anshul, he is so humble and helpful.
