i have never experienced such worst and shameful experience in my life. i was utterly disrespected by the staffs when i went there to check in at 10pm which i booked earlier. they have told me i cannot enter i dont know what it was and they have cursed at me on the way out as well. im very ashamed to be alive on that day i was disrespected infront of everyone. never coming back to this cursed hotel.

The manager was very rude he was swearing at me I was shocked. How can you swearing People? Very unprofessional Stuff

This is a youth hostel that has everything you need for a comfortable stay: kitchen, relaxation area. The staff is very friendly.

Great location, nicely converted dorm, comfy beds and lots of potential overall

Communal areas felt neglected and untidy. Facilities lacking – nowhere to dry laundry, broken cooker. Advertised bar and games room were not available. But the main issue was that the communal facilities were also being used by other tenants in the same building, which created an awkward atmosphere. We didn't feel like we were meant to be there.

Everyone was mega friendly - so rare to find hostels like this in the UK. I felt so welcomed! Amazing value for money. The semi outside hang out area is so cool. Big recommend
