Great location and clean rooms. Mattress was very very firm and there was a lingering drain sewerage smell, just needed some bleach to clean the drain but I couldn’t find any for sale nearby. Staff were helpful and friendly. Toast and coffee in the morning was appreciated

Rooftop terrace

Small windowless private room felt claustrophobic, breakfast was thin slices of toast, very little natural light overall in the entire building, mold all over the roof of 1 shower

Very friendly receptionist. The rooms and shared bathroom were very pleasant and very clean. There was such a lovely roof terrace and the complimentary coffee in the morning was fantastic! I would really recommend staying here.

The showers were very cold. Only reason why I rate 9/10 rather than 10/10.

The location was very good. It was about 2 minutes from the bus station so I was able to walk and actually didn’t need a taxi the entire time I stayed in Chiang Rai. Staff spoke English and were helpful and friendly. I saw few other options for private rooms in the city especially without paying 4-5x more.

The biggest issue was the bathrooms. At least on my floor there were multiple sinks out of order and the showers seemed to have mold on the ceiling. I didn’t check the other floors but I’d imagine it’s similar.

The location is great and the staff was amazing and so helpful I liked that they had only female dorms. It was clean overall, modern design.

The toilets were clean but always smelled kind of funny to me. The power of the stream in the shower was very inconsistent which was uncomfortable.

Friendly staff, sufficient amenities. Room and common areas were clean.
