El lugar en el que está ubicado es súper lindo, ideal para parar en ipanema.. El personal muy amable.

Me gustó el espacio

No tienen organización en la agenda de sus espacios y camas hice una reserva para otro día y al rato me dijeron que ya no tenían espacio y confiada de mi reserva me tocó cambiar todo y tuve que salir a buscar otro Hostel

Great hostel with very friendly staff in a perfect location. Especially the staff member Fernanda – she is simply the sweetest soul of Brazil. She doesn’t speak perfect English, but if you want to feel the real Brazil, you have to meet Fernanda. Ótimo hostel e equipe muito simpática, em localização perfeita. Especialmente a funcionária Fernanda — ela é simplesmente a alma mais doce do Brasil. Ela não fala inglês perfeitamente, mas se você quer sentir o verdadeiro Brasil, precisa conhecer a Fernanda. They have a friendly and helpful staff that go above and beyond to help you. Fernanda especially was helpful when I was in a jam.

J'ai vraiment beaucoup apprécié la gentillesse, la disponibilité des gérants et leurs conseils. Ils organisent aussi beaucoup d'événements pour ceux qui le souhaitent. L'hostel est propre, les chambres en dortoir suffisamment spacieuses pour ne pas être trop les uns sur les autres. Et il est extrêmement bien situé ! Je reviendrai !!!

The employees were really nice.

One of the owners of the hostel is Maria. She is one of the most tactless and unpleasant people I have ever met. 1. she had extremely unpleasant conversations with employees, in which she treated them in an extremely condescending manner. 2. she talked extremely loudly about gossip after rest times and let her outrageous tactlessness and indiscretions be heard throughout the hostel. 3. she repeatedly accused her excellent employees of incompetence. It should be noted that the only person absolutely brimming with incompetence was herself. Accusing the staff of incompetence is not the brightest on so many levels, as she hired the staff herself and these insinuations always fall back on her like a boomerang. 4. the hostel has the most outrageous pricing policy when it comes to luggage storage, checkout, kitchen use and laundry. It is more expensive than the USA, Australia or New Zealand. Better wash your clothes in the numerous laundromats around the corner. 5. most of the kitchen appliances shown in the photos no longer exist. 6. It is full of mosquitoes and they don't provide any nets I would strongly advise her not to enter her own hostel and instead leave it to the professional staff and preferably stay out of it. .

The staff is really amazing! So nice and welcoming. The place is in a cute little alley so you don’t have the noise directly from the busy street. Super comfortable, I could have stayed there a couple weeks or months easily !! Will come back for sure ! :)

The property is very cosy and everyone was very lovely. The staff are helpful and there to provide assistance when needed. The location was great part of city with loads of food places and bars around. Felt really safe in this area.

The rooms are pretty small and we were not given the room that we picked initially. But the staff sorted that out quickly.
