Sofia is so kind ! The small and quite room

We didn’t have hot shower the first day but was fixed in the evening 😊

Value for money! Sofia has so much energy and enthusiasm (: Location is near to the ADO bus station. Casa has a well equipped kitchen and clean toilets. Only a few rooms, making the place cosy and homely.

The place is super nice and Sofia is the loveliest person (actually all staff are)! The room was very comfortable and clean, and the hostel is well located close to the bus station and the city centre

Cosy rooms and common area. The beds were quite comfortable and the room was big (two double beds). The staff was really friendly and we could leave our luggage ater Check-out for the whole day.

The bathroom seemed a bit old and dirty.

Varied breakfasts were nice. Room size was good. Allowed us to check in early as the room was ready. Helped organise a tour to Sumidero, although we didn't realise the boat tour would all be in a Spanish. Friendly atmosphere with the shared central courtyard.

We were in the room next the the toilet with a metal door that was really loud when people both to enter/exit and whilst in use. The combination of a families young children running around the courtyard very early in the morning and general noise from the surrounds made it harder to sleep.

Great staff, clean rooms, bathrooms, and kitchen. Tours can be organized at this property.

Best hostel I have ever stayed in. Such great value for money. Sofia is so friendly and welcoming and made sure everything about my stay was perfect. The place was perfect and quiet - great to relax and get good rest for sight seeing. Facilities were everything you needed, and especially for the price. Would stay here and recommended to my friends any day! I stayed in a dorm which was big for 4 people and really pleasant but the private rooms looked super nice and really well decorated! It is not a party hostel and i think thats what keeps the charm - there were a range of different people mexicans, europeans, elder, and younger! That was the charm of it also!
