breakfast was ok, receptionist was very nice

semi-good communication with the owner. the room was smelling so much with some perfumes/essential oils it felt like it was supposed to cover up some other smells. we could not get rid of the smell even though we were airing as much as we could. the cleanliness of the bathroom was very questionable. also pretty sure the sheets and towels were not fresh. a lot of fungus. location is ok, but still far from good. everything extra comes at a price. we rarely write reviews, but felt the need to write this one.

Horribly disappointed. Do not trust the lovely photos!!! I know Tamraght well, I have done camps in both Freesurf Maroc and surf Maroc and loved it, this time I came with my kids and mum and wanted 2 nice bedrooms. Our disappointment was such that I started looking straightaway for a new place. Luckily I found a nice apartment in Tawenza. The place is dirty, small and from another decade. I have no idea how the reviews are good, the surf instructors must be nice I guess… Got zero refund, the owner was not very understanding and would not admit the photos don’t reflect the real place. Untruthful publicity.

Lovely people and place, felt immediately like home🫶 Will definitely return! Terrace is located perfectly to watch sunsets, hostel is clean and service is great! Hosts make sure you feel like home and always there to help.

They forgot about our breakfast and bed sheet smell bed and were hair on it.

From the moment we arrived, the first and best we saw was Ahlam a truly sweet and welcoming lovely person who made our stay special. She was so kind, friendly, and always ready to help, making us feel comfortable from the start. Second! The rooftop! It was absolutely stunning—a perfect spot in there enjoy the view, and spend some good moments together The room we took was nice and clean Overall, an incredible experience thanks to ahlam . Highly recommended!

The roof top terrace was lovely. Very cheap!

The bed was incredibly hard and uncomfortable in the deluxe bedroom. Breakfast was very basic and we couldn’t have it before 9.30/10.00. You can find better breakfast elsewhere and more easily buy fresh bread yourself. Communication with host was hard as he didn’t speak a lot of English. Decided to shorten our stay as bed was too hard and woke up with back pain.

Youness is the best hostel manager ever! Vibes are so nice and friendly in this place
