The deposit was not refunded, and there was no communication about it until I had already left Morocco.

Schönes Hostel. Zimmer und Bad waren ok. Schöne, große Terasse und freundliches Personal. Gute, zentrale Lage. Das Hostel selbst ist etwas versteckt. Mit Google maps allerdings kein Problem.

The location was great and the hostel itself is clean and welcoming.

My partner and I stayed in a private room for 5 nights. The bed was so hard. It genuinely felt like laying on the floor. The sofa in the room was far more comfortable and my partner ended up sleeping on the sofa for the last 2 nights as the bed was hurting his back too much. The breakfast was okay but was the same every morning and very basic. It would have been nice to have a little more selection or change it up a little from day to day.

The manager of this hostel asked me to leave immediately, without allowing me to collect my belongings that were stored in a locker. This behavior was extremely inappropriate and unprofessional. In addition, the blankets were not clean, and I experienced eye irritation after spending one night there. Overall, this was a very unpleasant and disappointing experience.
