Our stay at this hostel in Marrakech was truly unforgettable, and a big part of that was the amazing staff who made us feel so welcome from the very first moment. A special thank you goes to Riham at reception, whose kindness and warmth stood out the most. She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, always greeting us with a genuine smile and a helpful attitude. Mohamed was also very kind and attentive, always ready to assist whenever we needed something. At the bar, we had a wonderful time thanks to Laura and Simohamed. Laura deserves a special mention—she was incredibly friendly, energetic, and made every visit to the bar feel fun and welcoming. Her positive attitude really stood out. Simohamed was also great and contributed to the relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. Overall, the hostel has a fantastic team that truly cares about their guests. We would definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting this hostel!

They even remembered our names and greeted us every time we passed reception or needed anything The rooftop bar/restaurant is a great spot for an evening drink, with a bartender who makes a killer Negroni 🔥 Easily one of the best hostels I’ve stayed at, largely thanks to the amazing vibe created by the team

I asked if I could leave my bag in the room I had already reserved, since I was checking in a few hours later. I had an early day trip in the morning and could not wait until 2 PM for check-in, and they were unable to extend my current room. At first, they agreed to let me store my bag in the other room I had already booked, which was still empty with no guest inside, but later they changed their mind. Instead, they told me that because it was a business, I had to pay to store my luggage in a locker outside of the bedroom. Later, the manager asked me to leave immediately without allowing me to properly collect my belongings that were stored in the locker because he did not appreciate my request to store my bag that morning. This behavior was extremely inappropriate and unprofessional. In addition, the blankets were not clean, and I experienced eye irritation after spending one night there. Overall, this was a very unpleasant and disappointing experience.
