"Money/value vs location perfect"

Basic and rustic but super service and perfect location in a small alley with just a couple of minutes walking to Teatro Principal. Excellent money/value deal

Not a complaint but just be aware of it so you don`t get surprised; 1) the sound travels easily in this building 2) when you want to shower, you need to advice the staff a couple of minutes ahead and they will turn on the hot water

Just 37 stairs from Teatro Principal to Plaza Mexiamora and a couple short alleys up to a massive home where I chose a ‘family’ apt with kitchen and shared rooftop area. Location is 💯! I cannot say enough about the wonderful staff.

The decor and kitchen are ‘cottage’ variety of quality and appearance. This is a ‘basic’ accommodation. If you’re looking for amenities above the bare minimum, this might feel a bit 2-stars.
