Condro Wulan Hostel

I booked the night before without any special expectations. The hotel is nice, but the staff are really helpful even though they don’t speak English. I moved room on the first day because there is a more comfortable room downstairs and brought breakfast every morning. To make the stay wonderful was Suprapto, who often shares his precious time with guests. We went out to dinner and had a great coffee. Thanks to him I will always bring a wonderful memory of this city!

maybe wi-fii connection could be better but just for using Whatsapp and social network is enough

vic and his wife are amazing! sorted out my bromo trip and made a lovely breakfast after a long day out!! after months on the road it was so nice to find a home away from home.. the hostel it's self is super clean and great value for money! I highly recommend this hostel

I had an exceptionally lovely stay at the Condro Wulan! The owners are some of the warmest, kindest most helpful people I ever met. They made me feel right at home, and their food is sooo good I'm sure I'll remember it for a long time. The other visitors were also very nice and cheerful. If I come back to Malang I won't doubt where I'll be staying.

A lovely Hostel with a beautiful atmosphere. Vico and his family are such amazing and kind hosts. The food is great and the garden very relaxing. It is located a bit outside of the city, in a very cute and calm neighbourhood. With a view over the city, just a view minutes by foot. The perfect place to explore Malang from. The city center is easily accessible with a Grab ride. They also organize great tours for you. I loved my time there and ended up staying much longer than expected. :)

Really calm and good energy enviroment. Also host is very friendly and they cook very good food and also portion are big. We also booked a tour to Bromo and Ijen and they were amazing, you always have their support in the back so when you need something they will kindly help you.

Vico and his family is always trying to give you the best experience. The food is great and they help you book and plan all the amazing tours you can do around Malang. 100% recommend!

Very friendly and welcoming staff. They were always available to help us with any questions or issue (thank you to the 1 staff member who helped us with the motor rental company issue). They would also give us fruit to try which is very nice of them. We also booked the Mt Bromo tour with them and that went very smoothly.

Cleanliness and sanitation at the property could be improved. Toilets are old and dirty. Shower pressure is quite poor as well. There is also quite a big ant problem (we didn’t keep any food in the room) but you see a trail of them on the wall and some will find their way on your things and in the bed.
