The total emergency of asking for payment to lock the check-in But total disappearance over multiple phone numbers to help me find the place. Called me at midnight. Offered no refund. No solution. Promised a call in the morning which they clearly never did.

I like the location of the hostel, which is close to ganga. But the transportation facility to the hostel is not that good and budget friendly, if you like to walk then you can walk from Tapovan to laxman jhula which is much closer to the hostle.
