Good location and decent food

Rooms were not clean. We stayed for 3 days. They didn't clean the washroom or change the sheets even after requesting. They claimed to have changed the sheets but had not done it. There is no heater in the room given that it is a 4 star property

"It was good but they should ask and add heaters & extra blankets to the rooms."
