スタッフはとても親切な対応。コモンエリアが広く、プールやゲームスペースのほかソファーも多数あり快適に過ごせた。

大きな問題ではなかったが、ドミトリーの洗面所が使いにくい構造で、台がよく濡れていたこと。

Front building

They send you to back side building which has no facilities or amenities always you need to go to front building for anything

The initial staff greeting, offering water, the buffet, the swimming pool. Although i didn't plunge into the water but the property decor was good. I Travel a lot, so my review is coming from the experience comparing with other properties too.

The indoor games timings at night, specially the billiards. The rude behaviour of a guard for relocating car, citing a fabricated reason, Although on requesting one staff member at reception, He allowed me for half an hour after knowing i am a professional and want to practice and won't make s noise, which was so generous of him. But then he sent that guard again who was again talking rudely how other guest downstairs are being complaining and want me to stop. I know my billiard game and kind of noise it would create very well, so i was in cinstant self check. Clearly he was lying. First timr i had to encounter this. But I am not coming to Miustache Rishikesh again. My often come to Rishikesh and my usual stay is goSTOPS and coming here proved I was right chosing goSTOPS.

Shower is not working properly.
