Iguana Hostel Oaxaca

Spacious common area and kitchen. Comfortable bed with enough privacy in a dorm. Central location that you can walk around the city by foot. Offer different activities daily for travelers to socialize.

Not much, just that it would nice if the breakfast hour starts earlier

The people are lovely and friendly! Very helpful too. The communal areas are great - with a bar on the roof top terrace. It's clean and facilities are great.

The bed space itself was a bit dark and just didn't feel as cosy as some other hostels. It's also right by a door outside so can be cold/mosquitos coming in. Very clean though!!

Amazing stay at this hostel. Great rooftop and bar, plenty of activities, daily breakfast and kitchen/central area are great for socialising ... Staff were super helpful and lovely! Location is very close to the centre too and music/noise are off by 11 pm. Bed was comfy and had privacy curtains. Would recommend!

The price. The vibe, the rooftop bar, the staff, the location. The breakfast. Really was great. Place is quiet every night by 11pm.

The mosquito net in our room was ripped and really served no purpose. Put thats the only flaw

The location was the best you could ask for and the what's app group was super helpful. Everything to see in Oaxaca historical center was within 10min walking distance!

The facilities could have been cleaner, my bed had ripped sheets and the ladder next to bunk 9 in the pink room is positioned such that anyone in bunk 10 has to climb into my bunk first. Kinda awkward.

Really great place. It's for everyone. They have a bar and music till 11 if that's for you. They also have space downstairs where people will read and chill. A great breakfast and daily events Staff were great too

It was so colourful and had lots of hangout areas, including the rooftop and lobby. Our room was small but cozy, with a fan :)

There was not much to dislike. Everyone seemed quite young - we are 32, most of the guests seemed 20 but it's normal :-D
