Please note that for group bookings of 8 or more rooms, a non refundable prepayment of 50% is required, and will not be refunded in case of cancellation. The remaining balance will be taken 15 days prior to arrival. Children under 12 years of age are not allowed on the property. Please note that guests aged 18 or under are not allowed in the 4- or 6-bed dormitories. The property's reception opening hours are daily until 20:00 and 19:00 in winter. Please note that the Double Room with Lake View and the Quadruple Room with Private Bathroom are located on upper-level floors and can only be accessed via stairs.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
