Me gustó que estuviera frente al lago y que la parte donde estaba mi habitación que no era la casa principal tuviera su propia social area.

Location and facilities are all very good and the staff was very helpful ( I think she was just closing but was still willing to help me get batteries for the tv remote).

Quite honestly, I don’t think it’s big issues but more of an possible improvement, kitchen scissors and get house keepers to check batteries for the tv remote ( mine was actually Missing, though I cannot even blame the staff but it just shows this could happen ) . I was lucky enough to get a staff before they were gone . Also, my room was one of the lake view rooms but our balcony just happens to have a tall tree blocking most of the view ( my guess is the tree is planted to block some of the strong winds but it does obscure the view).
