What was good: Location. Friendly staff. Small but well-equipped kitchen

Very very old and dilapidated building; Kitchen is quite small; Not enough toilets for the number of people; In my opinion, too expensive for the value.

We enjoyed that it was super family friendly which we weren't quite too sure if it would be. The outdoor space is great and the whole place felt like a home away from home, as it is advertised

One tiny thing would be to offer salt and pepper as it usually is a standard along with coffee, tea and sugar in a lodge. Apart from that, great place

We provided our own food The owner of the property provided tea and coffee and sugar. Kitchen accessories were great but big cockroches were running around in the kitchen that i noticed. Available spaces to store our food were great to have.

The bathrooms unsafe especially the floor slippery an accident waiting to happen if your not careful in there. Cochroaches in the kitchen area the big ones There was no TV When arriving to check in hard to know where your meant to go to speak to the person in charge unless you bump into someone to direct you where to find that person in charge. A space to discuss the formality side of things, paymeny, things like that, not piblicly annouced where everyone else can hear that are present in the room also.

A home-like atmosphere, with lots of different spaces to hang out in. Friendly, but mostly unavailable staff.

Ability to wash clothes was limited by staff availability and restrictive hours for doing washing. The door to the family room didn't lock at all, despite key being provided. Staff didn't repair it. Lack of toilet paper supplied. We weren't too upset by these things, but if you are in a hurry or security conscious, this isn't for you.
