Montañero Hostel

We stayed here for around two weeks and thought it was fantastic. The breakfasts are varied, staff are incredibly helpful and efficient with any and all questions/requests/tour bookings. Kitchen has everything you need. Showers are hot with great pressure. Would stay again in a heartbeat - incredible value.

La ubicación del hostal es excelente, a solo unos pasos de la Plaza de Armas. Las instalaciones están muy bien cuidadas, y algo que se agradece muchísimo: las duchas tienen buena presión y agua caliente todo el tiempo. Los desayunos son riquísimos y se comparten en un ambiente muy agradable entre viajeros, lo que hace que la experiencia sea aún más especial. Pero sin duda, lo que más nos conquistó fue la calidez de los dueños y sus encantadores hijos, siempre con una sonrisa y dispuestos a ayudar en todo lo que necesitemos. Nos hicieron sentir como en casa desde el primer momento. ¡Ojalá podamos volver pronto!

The rooftop kitchen en lobby is great. The staff is very helpful for all the excursions you want to plan during your stay.

Our first room didn't get any sunshine from the window so it was very cold, but you can ask for a more sunny room.

Rooftop is nice, sit and chill while looking at the city and mountains.

The staff are very rarely at the reception, so many time people banging on the door because they disappeared. There's another entrance that you don't need them to open but apparently they don't tell everyone about it. Also the rooms at the ground floor are very noisy and bright from the street lights.

Todo fue perfecto, el lugar es muy agradable. Hemos hacido escalada con Angel, el dueño ! Nuestra estancia en este hostel fue muy chevere! Gracias para todo !!

Las camas son cómodas y abrigadoras, todo el día hay agua caliente, tiene una bonita vista al río, y una sotea dónde se puede compartir la cocina con todos los huéspedes, está como a 5 cuadras de la plaza pero se llega muy rápido caminando. La señora es muy amable y está atenta a lo que uno pueda necesitar durante la estancia. El desayuno muy rico y variado que se puede compartir en la sotea con una vista al Nevado 💚 Recomiendo y volvería.

La atención de la gente , super amables todos. El desayuno un lujo. Las comodidades del lugar La vista increíble desde su terraza. Excelente lugar , super recomendado
