Prix très abordable, tour à prix abordable organisés depuis l'hôtel avec ramassage à l'hôtel.

Aucune isolation et beaucoup de bruit, très difficile de dormir, l'objectif étant de se lever tôt pour les treks....c'est dommage Cuisine sale et manque d'espace comparée à la capacité d'accueil de l'hotel

La cañería olía un poquito mal

Lo mejor del hostel fueron los chicos que hacen volutatiado. Ellos hacen un trabajo muy bueno y siempre buena onda

La limpieza muy mal. Estuve 7 noches , en ningún momento los encargados me ofrecieron de limpiar la habitación y/o baño. El inodoro no tenía ninguna de las tapas , había que sentarse en la porcelana. La cortina de la ducha tenía hongos del siglo pasado , también estaba rota. La habitación era bastante difícil dormir se escuchaba todos los ruidos de la calle , no se cerraba totalmente la ventana y entraba mucho frío. Muy mala experiencia.

I must say this three times: This is a terrible hotel, a terrible hotel, a terrible hotel. Such a poor hotel (in fact, worse than a motel) costs $47 a night. I stayed for four nights, and at checkout, the owner wanted to charge me over 780 Peruvian pesos, while the $190 * 3.55 listed on Booking.com is only about 675 Peruvian pesos. I've traveled extensively, but this is the worst value I've ever experienced. The room had only a bed and a simple nightstand. The pillows and blanket had a faint smell of cigarette smoke, and the small bathroom basin had no hot water. The shower had hot water, but the showerhead was half-broken, and the mini toilet was so close to the wall that even a 70-pound person like me couldn't use it properly. I stayed for four nights, but I only had one tattered bath towel. Booking.com always showed the room as the last available, as if many people were staying every night, but in reality, it was just me and one or two other guests. The so-called free breakfast is just two dry rolls and a waffle. Don't worry too much about the cleanliness. The owner (if the front desk staff is the owner) makes it himself. Oh, and the owner's family lives in a room on the first floor. They have a child under 2 years old. Every night from 8 pm to 10 pm, the child will scream loudly in the hallway.

Unless you have no choice, don't book this hotel, the location is very bad.

Me llamaron x telefono 1 dia antes para decirme q tenia q cancelar mi reserva x q no iban a poder atenderme.

Très bon rapport qualité-prix (incluant le petit déjeuner !), bien qu'un peu éloigné du centre. Possibilité de louer du matériel de montagne.

La cama era cómoda y abrigaba bastante para el frío de huaraz, además las habitaciones estaban muy limpias y tenia una ventana que daba una linda vista.

Estoy satisfecha con el hotel, no hay nada que me haya disgustado

Le prix, c’est tout

À notre arrivée, personne pour nous accueillir à 21h, nous avons dû attendre une bonne demi-heure. Pas bien grave en soi, mais au moment de prendre la douche après une longue journée de rando, pas d’eau chaude! Et vu que les nuits sont froide, nous n’avons pas pu prendre de douche! La couverture étant légère, heureusement que nous avions nos sacs de couchage pour ne pas souffrir du froid pendant la nuit. Bref, une mauvaise expérience pour nous. Le prix ne fait ps toujours tout!
