La habitación es muy buena, cómoda,limpia y muy espaciosa.en eso no hay ningún reclamo

Sabiendo el personal de recepción que yo llegaría tarde en la noche.me dejaron afuera sin poder ingresar a pesar que estube golpeando media hora a las 3 am hasta que llame por teléfono y resien me pude comunicar con la persona encargada del turno noche.fue desagradable y preocupación por no poder ingresar. No tuve ninguna disculpa ni siquiera de la encargada de turno día..le dió lo mismo haber pasado por esa situación.

Estaba cerca del centro

La secretaria atiende mal. Pide carnet y papeles aduaneros y toma foto a todo. Osea se queda con los datos personales de todos las personas que nos quedamos incluyendo mis hijos.
