El personal en recepción, ya que realice mi reserva por esta plataforma "booking", teniendo el pago realizado como garantia de mi reserva y por ende confirmada; a la llegada, recepción me indico que la tarifa era otra, quisieron cobrar más tanto en dólares como en soles, sin respetar el monto brindado por esta plataforma. Aun mostrando mi confirmación y código y algarabía hecha; nunca lo aceptaron, por esta razón se cancelo el svs. Nos sentimos estafados.

La ubicación

Las instalaciones muy antiguas Aseo deficiente Desayuno pésimo, azucarero y las tazas sucias. Ofrecen estacionamiento , pero no es cómodo, no tiene la libertad de ingresar y salir de acuerdo a las necesidades. Escaso personal , solo había una persona para atender todos los requerimiento de los huéspedes. Cuando esta persona debía hacer algo en los pisos superiores, dejaba con llave la puerta de acceso principal al hotel, y tuvimos que esperar afuera. No hicieron el aseo en las habitaciones. En general la estadía muy mal , no fue a agradable y muchas incomodidades y problemas. No lo recomiendo.

La ubicación excelente, el personal amable

El olor del baño no era de mi agrado, y el desayuno podría ser más variado. Estar en el segundo piso, para las personas con las que fui, que son de la tercera edad, aveces les costaba subir y bajar escaleras...

La ubicación la limpieza el servicio la hospitalidad el buen trato y precio

No me gustó que cambiaran los valores de la reserva qué ya estaba pactada en booking con un valor y eso no se cumplió y eso me molestó bastante

El olor del baño, a pesar de que estaba limpio, encontré que había un mal olor a orina, trataron de mejorar la situación pero aun así persistió.
