My bathroom seemed not to be cleaned after the previous stay, but I was supposed to get a room with shared bathroom anyway, so it was a nice improvement. For the price, the place is more than you could expect.

Great location, nice and quiet. Bed was comfy.

Jennifer was the best and sweetest host during our entire stay. She made sure we had everything we needed and would check on us if we needed something. Our room was comfy and the bathroom was very close. Jennifer prepared a really nice breakfast for us with Omelett or avocado, fresh juice and more. We could leave our bags there after check out during the day to explore the city. We really enjoyed our stay there and felt really welcomed by Jennifer and her family, so that we spontaneously decided to stay a second night, which was not a problem at all and we even got the same room again. Thank you so much to Jennifer and her family for making it a wonderful experience for us, we will definitely come back if we’re ever In Ollantaytambo again!!

The place is clean and comfortable very close to the plaza de armas, the staff are super friendly and helpful, you can sleep well and relax.

The bed was really comfortable and soft

The bathrooms were so dirty and there is not hot water for taking a shower, considering that the weather is cold, you should have hot water, that’s completely unacceptable

Location is perfect next to main square, super clean and cosy, Miguel is super helpful and gave me a lot of information on tracks, loved everything.

The value was great. However, because it was extremely affordable, the accommodation was awful.

I barely got hot water for my shower. There were lots of ants in my room. The room had a fetid odor. The bed had a huge indentation, I left for another accommodation after my first night, even though I paid for two nights.

I stayed here twice and loved it, the staff are very helpful and kind. There is hot water, and usually you just have to ask them about the water before you shower as the town has limited water supply. I had no issues though, always managed to have water. Comfortable bed, great location.
