Close to main plaza and market. Clean. Friendly Alexander, who seemed to work all the time at this property. On first floor.

Water supply is inconsistent. It stops at the middle of the day. It’s annoying when I had to ask for water. I’m not sure if it also happens in other hostels but it has to be consistent! There’s no receptionist at all times. Had to wait for a long time to check in.

They had friendly staff who provided hot water for our showers. We had three separate beds and our own private bathroom for the one night we stayed there. The bed was very comfortable.

Localisation was great, really close to the main square Bed was really comfy

No towels, no toilet paper, I found it expensive for what it was and you can definitely find way better value for money (I switched Hostal for the next nights)

The ladies who ran the place were wonderful. They answered all my questions and got me set up with a tour to Vinicunca for a good price. Excellent price for a private room. Shower was nice and hot. Good location close to main square but far enough away to not be too noisy.

It's a pretty barebones hostel but more than worth it for the price!
