Titanic's Nipa Hut

Great value for money however not easy access to main strip and sardine run. You can go via beach however you need to go through other resorts to do this.

No easy access to sardine run and no restaurant facilities. On my First night the restaurant they recommended around the corner was closed. I ended up going to the dive resort restaurant which was great and also the easiest way to access town which I would not have known if I hadn’t eaten there.

The staff was super friendly and nice with me, always with a smile! Extra point for the adorable cats and dogs there :) The cottages are very cozy and make the place authentic and special.

Beautiful garden, birds, flowers, close to the sea. Original huts. Clean bathroom with warm water.

Many mosquitos in the evening

Very authentic place. You should consider booking the family room, because the standard double room does not have the bathroom inside. It is private, but you have to go outside and next to your room is the bathroom. Also it does not have air con, only fan. People were nice, they cleaned the room after 3 days. The fridge is a big plus and water from water dispenser.

Cracks in the walls were mosquitos could fly in. Cats running around, inside the huts too. Had to ask for refund because my girlfriend is allergic to cats and she could get extremely sick. Did not stay there and they did not want to give a full refund despite the grave sanitary and health concerns

The air conditioning was great.

The fact that it was listed as beachfront but it was quite a walk considering that I was looking for a place with the beach right outside the door.

We loved this spot. Super cool little cabin/hut. The owner was SO SO sweet. She was super helpful and just very pleasant to chat with. The garden that the huts are in, is beautiful. We had an issue with our shower (accidentally took the knob off!) and the staff was super fast to fix it for us, and while being fixed offered us a different room to use for the shower. Close enough to town to walk at night.

Add more shelves or hooks in the room to hang things. It's tight quarters so we had to get creative on where to put our things. I kept my suitcase under the bed! There are lots of wild dogs that bark at night, but that is everywhere in Phillippines.

Lots of mosquitoes, although I don’t think you can avoid them. Got mosquito incense from the staff which was kind!

How accommodating the owner and staff were. It was nice to have my own little house. I stayed for 3 weeks. They provided me with a few dishes and cutlery. I was able to rent a scooter from them, have tailored made excursions setup for me, assistance in navigating the mailing system, help with anything and everything. Had a fan and A/C. The room serviced when you'd like. for me, once every 3 days roughly.

the mattress was a bit firm for me. But this is preferential. I'd sleep on a giant pillow if i could.
