A deposit via bank transfer is required to secure your reservation. Hostel Bailando will contact you with instructions after booking. Guests who want to receive an invoice for their stay are requested to send the necessary details immediately after booking. From January 1, 2020, it will not be possible to receive the invoice at a later date. Issuing an invoice to the receipt will only be possible if the purchaser's VAT number is displayed on the receipt. If you want to receive an invoice for a previously paid stay, enter this request and your company details in the Ask a question field.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. When staying at the property with children, note that the property is legally obliged to apply standards for the protection of minors to determine the identity of the minors and their relationship with the adult they’re staying with. A deposit may be required at the property.
