Ambiente super limpo e sempre atenciosos perfeito 3 dias de muito descanso.

Sa localisation est très pratique, il est possible de tout faire quasiment à pied. La bouche de métro est à côté ce qui est très appréciable. Il y a aussi des bons restaurants aux alentours. Le personnel de l’accueil est disponible et accueillant.

Les portes d’entrées de l’établissement sont rarement fermées. La literie n’est pas confortable, les ressorts du matelas sont presque douloureux. Les usagers n’étant pas très respectueux, les sanitaires communs se retrouvent vite sales, un nettoyage plus récurrent serait appréciable. La rue est très bruyante. Entre les passages toutes les 10 min du tramway de 6h du matin à minuit. Les fêtards etc. Le tout sans climatisation, trouver le sommeil fut compliqué.

The room was larger than expected and quite comfortable, even with a small balcony looking onto the street. Excellent price quality ratio for this location.

Communication with the accommodation was a bit complicated initially as I arrived very early from a night flight and wasn't able to talk to anyone before 10am. But in the end I managed to leave my luggage at reception. Kitchen facilities are a bit limited (no cooking allowed, almost no dishes).

Good location, close to two subway stations. The neighborhood is quiet, with shops, supermarkets, and restaurants nearby. The building is old but has an elevator. The room was small but comfortable; it even has a small desk. Overall, it’s a good place to stay for a night or two.

There is no air conditioning, so if you visit during very hot weather, the room can get a bit stuffy.
