"Nice place to stay, generally im happy. For a price it was acceptable enough."

I liked the location and fact that property had a nice terrace. Nearby the area was big amount of shops, caffeterias and restaurants.

Sometimes it was a bit noisy and during hot day it was bit too warm in the room. As well the bathroom was two floor down stair.

super central and panoramic location overlooking the pedestrian main street, friendly and responsive owner, clean new room. Luggage storage possible nearby.

only 1 combined shower/toilet for 3 floors. Entry door a bit hidden behind a closed shop door, padlock hidden behind advertisement panel.

"Great location, get what you pay for"

Great location in an amazing part of Coimbra! Right amongst a busy street (which does mean it’s very noisy most of the day and night but we didn’t mind this). Surrounded by lots of cafes, restaurants and very close to the university Allowed us to hold our bags at the property for a couple of extra hours before our bus (thankyou!)

No reception to check in at the property and very unclear/confusing instructions. The address listed on booking.com was incorrect and the property didn’t send us check in instructions until after we had arrived and already struggled to find the place. One bathroom shared between lots of rooms however the toilet and shower are in the same room so you can’t even go to the toilet if someone is showering. No fan so it can get quite hot Floor was visibly dirty

"Nice a bit noisy property in the good area of the beautiful city"

The location is very nice and central. Stuff was helpful, we were allowed to leave our luggage after checkout. Lovely room, it was well organized, but it would be much better if the room would have a mirrow.

It was really noisy till the late night, even with the closed windows. In the morning the noise begins at 7 again. The property has only one combined toilet\shower for all the guests and sometimes it was completely imposible to get in. Couple of times we went to the cafe downstreet to get to the toilet..
