The place was close to eveything being in the city center

The whole place was smelling bad. Poor lighting, very dark and damp. Beddings very stuffy, smelled like they havent been washed for sometime

Le logement se trouve en plein centre de Faro, les rideaux aux lits, le salon et la terrasse agréables, les douches séparées

On ne peut pas fermer la porte de la salle de bain (femme) seulement des rideaux Seulement un miroir dans la salle de bain (devant les douches) sinon les miroirs et les deux vasques se trouvent dans le couloir (à partager avec les hommes)

Customer service needs to be improved as the volunteers think it is their home.At times guest are not respected.Alice one of the volunteers is very friendly and helpful.
