Location

The experience was unacceptable. We were forced to wait outside in the cold and wind for over 30 minutes. Despite ringing the bell multiple times, sending several messages via Booking and SMS, and calling the provided number repeatedly, no one responded. When we were finally let in, we found guests in the middle of a heated argument. Upon reaching our beds, we discovered that the power sockets were broken, making it impossible to charge our phones overnight—an essential need for any traveler. To make matters worse, we were immediately warned by other guests to be extremely careful with our belongings, as theft was reportedly a common issue at the property. This level of disorganization, lack of responsiveness, and overall safety concern is entirely unacceptable.

Fueron muy amables para que pudiera dejar la bicicleta en la habitación. Super céntrico.

La comunicacion a pesar de tener WhatsApp, fue casi inexistente. Los baños son viejos y no muy limpios. La ropa de cama olia un poco a cerrado. La cama se movia en cuanto alguien andaba por la habitacion.
