The staff were very nice

Sorry to have to write this but of all the hostels I have stayed in over the past 30 years this o e was the worst . Actually I have never had a bad experience in any hostel except this one . I found it dirty and I really couldn’t sleep as Well felt all itchy . Sorry

Ho trovato un senzatetto nel mio letto e lo staff non aveva idea di come fosse entrato. Poco sicuro, ho deciso di non dormire lì e ho chiesto il rimborso. Sul momento hanno capito la situazione, hanno detto che non c'era problema e che avrei dovuto farlo attraverso Booking. Ad oggi sono passate 3 settimane e non ho ricevuto il rimborso perchè non rispondo all'assistenza di Booking per confermare l'accaduto.
