PLStaff was really helpful when i needed somewhere to stay last minute. People staying there also very nice. Cheap. Everything you need when you travel backpacking. And there's a cute beach nearby

NLPrachtige locatie, personeel erg vriendelijk en zeer behulpzaam: niets was te veel! De kamer was schoon, netjes en ruim. Op 200 meter lopen ligt een bushalte van waar de bus naar het centrum gaat, daarnaast een restaurant waar ik heerlijk heb gegeten. Ik kom hier nog eens terug!
PLVery friendly and responsive staff. Freshly prepared breakfast. Remote location with easy access to the beach. Bus stop just in front of the place. Feeling like visiting friends.
Dark design of the bathroom (find it depressive). Room has all it’s needed but design doesn’t fit together (wooden cupboard, golden lamps, 2 different style night tables) and feels old.

DELovely hostel at the end of this magical island with dormbeds, rooms with sea- or mountainview and in summer comfy tents on top. Big kitchen with everything you need, homely common room with lots of seats to relax and talk to other strangers in paradies. The team is pleasant, helpful and down-to-earth. All clean with seaview and sound of crashing waves. A place where you really calm down. Be prepared and take something from supermarket on your way or make a nice 5km walk barfoot at the beach for shopping. A restaurant with good food and drinks only few meters to go. I really enjoyed my stay and will be back some day!
In dorms you cant open the windows, a/c only
SEClose to the beach. Beds comfortable. Fine breakfast included.
No hot water in the shower! The place is a bit worn- down. It was simply not for us, especially not compared to our other stays on Madeira with the same rating.
