DKThe area is absolutely gorgeous, the whole village is like a living open air museum. The hostel itself is very pretty and super cozy. The host family are amazing people, and just next door there's an inexpensive restaurant with locally sourced and very tasty food. I came for a couple of nights and stayed almost two weeks.
HUBabou is located in the authentic village of Breb in Máramaros (Maramureş). I spent 4 nights in the hostel which is a part of the camping/hostel conplex and is a great old wooden house. It is equipped with everything that can be useful and essential for the guests. I found the bathroom perfectly clear with hot water, the kitchen had all the staff to make a breakfast ready. The whole place is very cosy and heartwarming thanks to the great host, who is really friendly and hospitable, made my stay really comfortable. Every evening I returned to the hostel I felt like I'm at home. Thank you, Bram!
