Le personnel est très gentil, il prend le temps d'expliquer ce qu'il y a autour du logement et les éventuelles activités. Très disponible. L'hébergement possède une cuisine et une piece dédiées aux voyageurs en attendant le check in ou après le check out ! Le sauna est incroyable.

Peu de douches pour le nombre de personnes présentes.

The room is basic but clean and not too small, shared toilet and kitchen are also clean and even if busy it was very quiet.

There is only one wc for 4 bedrooms and since ppl leave pretty much at the same time for the tours it can get very busy. There are no keys for the bedrooms, I understand that Abisko is a safe place but you don't know your guests, I would have felt safer with the possibility of closing the door.

My experience in Abisko Hostel & Huskies was incredible. The magic of Abisko is the blue hole, which means in few minutes a cloudy sky becomes clear. Besides that, the zone is very dark which facilites the chances of seeing auroras nearby. For example, I saw one right in front of the hostel. I recommend Abisko a million times! Beds are ok, and kitchen are well-equiped to cook anything you need. There are things of common use as well as salt, oil, etc. They also have oven, stove and microwave available. Extra: the have snowshoes outside for public use in case you need them to walk in the forest.

There are two floors and only one bathroom per floor. In each floor there are approximately 18 beds, so sometimes you had to wait a little long for the bathroom. Shower is outside the building which is kind of inconvenient when you are with -15 celsius degrees outside. Another thing is that apart from men and women segregation, people of same gender have to share the shower next to. I opted for waiting and shower privately. It is a little far from Abisko national park. Abisko is separated in what I would call: abisko main and turiststation. This hostel (as many others) are in abisko main, but the entrance to the national park is in turiststation. This means that you have to walk for about 40 minutes to get to the entrance. There are other nice things to see in Abisko main, but if your main reason to go to Abisko is to do the ntional park, I recommend staying in Turiststation.
