Lovely spacious dorm. Good central location. Kitchen to cook.

I really enjoyed the stay. It was nice and clean. I also enjoyed the breakfast which was possible to order for 7 euros per person.

This was probably by best hostel accommodation that I stayed at during my entire stay in Slovakia. It felt like a fairytale setting with the view out of of my window. It was close enough to the city centre via walking and the staff were very helpful. I lucked out that it wasn't high season at the start of June 2024 and I ended up having the dorm room to myself. Everything was super clean and comfortable.

This is a lovely hostel, spacious, modern but cozy, with a small kitchenette upstairs and a larger kitchen downstairs. My dorm had 5 single beds and big lockers, with lots of light and space. Luckily, I was alone for my 3-day stay. Fluffy large bathtowels are provided. There's also a good-sized terrace outside. Great value!

I loved that it was not bunk beds in the dorms. There was a table and chair in the room. Big lockers, shelves and lots of space for your belongings. Kitchen and big common rooms. Provides a towel. It was nice and clean.

This place was beautiful, quite, and exceptionally clean. Felt more like a hotel than a hostel. Had opportunities to meet some other guests while eating in the kitchen. We were also able to store our bikes in a safe location.

Best lacation, beutifuly place for low price

I was in this hostel second time, personal is quite nice and place on facility matters is on very good level. Well, there is some noice from traffic, but you can hardly hold personal responsible for driving habits natives and non natives. The library is very good and atractive cleaners take really good care with cleaning. And generally Banska Stiavnica is/ was really nice place to walk around and enjoy scenery.

One day I saw in library a little unatended girl to talk to on of "guest", which I would not definitely talk at all even when I am battle hardened traveller. I saw there a very nice young lady, but even when I was in a patio outside of hostel and the lady has an appropriate age, I have respected her privacy. My guees is that something really bad had happened in hostel and it was covered. Years ago that was a filming in town of B movie Hostel and when I saw pictures of people behind filming of this movie I knew that they are really horrible and nasty people, the US should definitely overhaul and evaluate its passport policy. Occultism is a very bad type of enterteiment. Look just at their poor taste in jewelry and that is only jewelry. After what I have found and experienced at that place I am not going to use their accomodating services anymore.
