La Zona Hostel

Barrio tranquilo, hay parqueo gratis (es en la calle justo donde el hostel). Personal muy amable.

El desayuno era poco variado pero muy buena cantidad (3 huevos con pan). Un poco caro. No tiene agua caliente.

Good safe location. Big room. Breakfast included. People are nice.

The bed was hard as a rock. Slept on tiny bed instead. Noisy. Drunk people. Party outside room. Way past quiet hours. And staff didn’t do anything about it. I had to ask several times for quiet so I can sleep.

J'ai eu à séjourner pour une nuit dans cet hôtel, et je dois avouer que je m'attendais à mieux. Certes, le personnel était sympathique, il y avait une fontaine à eau et la cuisine à disposition. Concernant l'emplacement, il est assez stratégique, si vous prévoyez de prendre un bus international juste ensuite, vous êtes littéralement à 1 minute à pieds du terminal. Et je pense également que le personnel, en vue des précédents messages, fais plus attention à la discrétion pour la nuit.

Cependant, le dortoir au j'ai dormi était au rez-de-chaussée, en face de l'accueil -font forcément un peu de bruit, car les gens font des vas et viens durant toute la nuit-. Les photos sur booking sont honnêtement bien trompeuses, là où ils vous montrent des chambres avec des lits au style futuriste.. Pour ma part, c'était une grande chambre avec juste 2 lits superposés, et un ventilateur. Donc très simpliste pour le prix, qui était assez excessif. Aussi leur TPE ne marchait pas, j'ai donc dû aller retirer de l'argent au distributeur afin de régler ma nuit. Et c'est également dommage de toujours louer des serviettes pour les douches.. En soit l'hôtel tient la route, il est juste très cher pour ce qu'il est.

1. Location is good in zona Rosa area, and can keep bags before and after check in 2. We booked deluxe studio which is on top corner suite with a lot of windows and light. It’s very spacious with fridge and small kitchen and coffee machine ( you need to get your own coffee or maybe ask as the small jar was empty) and 2 bottles of water in the fridge. But you can get water filled at the lobby 3. Wifi works well throughout the hostel and room 4. The shared area is nice to sit and relax 5. Breakfast was fine for us with cereal and 3 eggs and toasts which is included

1. Only lukewarm water for shower. Even though the bathroom is big with shampoo /conditioning and shower gel in big bottles 2. Before we check in we asked to use toilet and was asked to pay $2? Kind of strange 3. There is an extra $10 charge than what is quoted in booking.com the reason is commission from booking which is strange

La limpieza fue excepcional, la atención muy amable.

El estacionamiento es muy limitado, casi inexistente. El precio es superior al de un airbnb en la zona, la imposibilidad de pagar con tarjeta es una limitante.

The location of this hostel is across the street of the bus terminal. This is a reason to choose this hotel. I stayed here until 12:30am because my bus departure was at 1am..

Not really

It was in a walkable area. The staff was really helpful. It was social, but not rowdy. The terrace on the third floor was really lovely. And the room was comfortable and furnished really beautifully. Also, the resident dog is cute. And the resident guitar was in tune with

The hot water was not reliable.
