คุณภาพเหมาะสมกับราคามาก อยู่ใกล้สถานีสามย่านสามารถเดินจากสถานีไปที่พักได้ ห้องพักค่อนข้างเล็กแต่สะอาดมาก ถึงจะเป็นself check-in แต่ก็มีพนักงานคอยรับสาย และช่วยเหลืออย่างดี

The availability of the staff through the booking chat plateform to adress my request. They changed my room when I complained that it was not what I booked(but still.lost 1 night in the process)

Room completely different than photos on the plateform. Tiny room. Couldn't get refunded. Extremely noisy. No desk check-in although the booking.com photos show one.

I really appreciated the little extras at Chatel Samyan. They provide complimentary cup noodles, coffee, and tea, which was a nice touch after coming back from a long day. The self check-in was smooth and saved time. The room was well maintained and very clean. Only thing is the space felt a bit compact, but it was more than enough for a short stay. Great value for the price.

"The location is hard to beat – just 2 minutes from Samyan Mitrtown."

The location is hard to beat - just 2 minutes from Samyan Mitrtown and also very close to Banthatthong Road, which feels like the new Chinatown with so many street food options. It made exploring the area very easy. The room itself was clean and comfortable, and check-in was quick with the self-service system.

There was a little bit of traffic noise from the main road, but overall, the convenience of the location makes up for it.
